At Hardline Co., every product is made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this production process, we do not accept traditional returns. However, we work with customers to resolve issues whenever possible.
Size Issues
Please review the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.
If your item does not fit as expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to provide a solution when possible.
Because all products are made to order, customers are not required to return the original item for sizing issues.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item's
If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly because items are made to order.
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping times vary depending on location but typically range from 5–10 business days within the United States.
